NOTE: Session 1 will focus on Chapters 2 & 3, Session 2 on Chapters 4 & 5.

Join us for a discussion of My Grandmother's Hands  a book that examines and help us understand racial trauma and its effects not only on the mind and spirit, but also the body. Led by Mother Eliza Davies and parishioners Paula Rodriguez, a certified yoga instructor, and Roseanne Riolo, member of the St. James Racial Justice Task Force, this group will explore sections of the book and also engage in some of the suggested body work included within its chapters. All are welcome! The discussion will be in two parts, an online discussion (Thurs March 23) and an in-person session (Sunday March 26). No advanced registration required, just show up!
