Happy Easter! We have three Easter Services, starting with the First Eucharist of Easter at 7 pm tonight, and contining with services at 9 & 11 am tomorrow. Parents, remember the children's egg hunt in the churchyard tomorrow between services, starting at 10:15 am. See you all soon!

The First Eucharist of Easter, the Vigil (from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer) marks the passage from Lent to Easter. Includes the lighting of the First Fire, a singing of the ancient "Exultet," readings from the Old and New Testaments, the "Great Noise" when we usher in the Resurrection, the renewal of baptismal vows, and Holy Communion. All welcome, all ages welcome. This is a complete Easter service, an alternative to the Easter morning services OR a liturgy to attend in addition to those.

Join us Easter Day for festive services with music, hymns, sermon, and Holy Communion. A festive coffee hour in the Great Hall follows both services. All ages welcome!

All children and their grown-ups are welcome to join us in the churchyard starting at 10:15 for our annual Easter Egg Hunt! This is a longstanding--over a century--tradition at St. James the Less. Hope to see you there!
