A Note from our Co-Chairsby Ocean Mills - Tuesday, February 27, 2024 I want to start by thanking all the parishioners who have pledged and/or volunteered to help with the capital campaign. Your support is invaluable. Not only are you contributing to a more physically and financially secure (and warm) parish, but you are also living the spirit by giving your time. For those who have not yet been visited or have not yet pledged (or even if you have), do not worry. There are lots of ways to give to this campaign. I was reminded of the Christmas hymn In the Bleak Midwinter. In particular, the stanza that goes:
What can I give him? Poor as I am.
If I were a shepherd,
I would bring a lamb.
If I were a wiseman, I would do my part.
Yet what can I give Him,
Give my heart.
No matter what you give or how you give, what matters is that you are participating how you are able. Please feel free to ask one of the visiting campaign members when they come or ask Bill, Mother Storm, or me about volunteer opportunities. Further, do not feel like you are going to be locked into your pledge. You can always change what and how you are giving. The average contribution period for this campaign is 3-5 years. This means you can always change your mind and increase your pledge. I suppose you could decrease it too, but I am not encouraging that given how excited everyone is for heat and a pothole-free parking lot.

Schedule Your Own Campaign Visit
You can schedule your own visit, and even (if you like) select the parishioner you'd like to have come visit you. Visits are the heart of this campaign--and people often say, the best part! We hope to see you soon.
