Optional Healing PrayerThis Sunday August 2, 9 & 10:30 am Parishioners have the option on the first Sunday of each month (both services) to receive healing prayers for themselves or a loved one after receiving Holy Communion. Prayers are said by certified lay chaplains in a quiet space (our chapel) and kept always confidential. Lay chaplains are also available to take Communion to you or to a loved one if you're unable to make it to church. We're happy to visit anyone at all, even just to lend a listening ear or say a quiet prayer together. Our chaplains are here to support our parishioners in hard times, so please call on us! Send a confidential email to: laychaplains@stjamesscarsdale.org. |

Summer Church SchoolCreating a Welcoming Space for Kids All Summer Long Church School is adjourned until September; however, we will have clipboards (during the outdoor service) and plenty of Scripture-themed coloring sheets available every Sunday, and kids are welcome with parents to use the table in the Great Hall during the service as needed (things will also be set out there--arts, crafts, coloring sheets and Scripture-themed games). We want our families with us all summer long, so be assured you'll always find here a welcoming environment for little ones! |
Register Your Kids for the 2026/27 Program Year
Are you a parent of kids 18 and under? You're probably already in our database, but it helps us if you can register your kids for the coming year so that we can update and/or double check the accuracy of our information. Click the button below to go to our registration form. It's private and protected, maintained within our database system. You can also do this update directly in your Breeze portal, which is even easier for us (and you). If you haven't yet used that account and/or need us to set that up, let us know in the office: operations@stjamesscarsdale.org. Updating your kids' information allows us to send targeted emails and ensure your kids are on the lists they should be on. Thank you! For more infomation visit:
