New York, having been ordained to the diaconate on February 28, 2026. It is
to be ordained to the priesthood on September 18, 2027, God willing.

where she has ministered for eighteen years as the Children Program
Director. In this role, she has overseen after-school and summer programs
and accompanied children and youth in their spiritual formation, making a
lasting impact on the life of the parish and community.
Wendy is currently completing her Master of Divinity. She has been formed
through her field education at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church on the Upper
West Side, where she has served for the past two years in preaching, pastoral
care, and parish life and community outreach.
In addition, she completed Clinical Pastoral Education at NYU Langone
Health, providing spiritual care in diverse and complex clinical settings.
Her ministry is grounded in attentiveness, compassion, and a commitment to
pastoral care by proclaiming the Gospel through Word, Sacrament, and
service.
Wendy and her husband, Manuel, have been married for sixteen years. They
are the parents of Audiel. Their shared life continues to be shaped by faith,
family, and the grace of God.
